How the Cyclone Works
The Cone Bottom directs all solids to the center of the tank, where the air is introduced. The Air bonds with the water and lifts the water to the top where it flows to the outward edge then it sinks to the bottom and restarts the sequence again and again.

Sediment Free Brewing
Cone Bottom Tanks with Center Air Inject is the Key to a Sediment Free Brewing System.
The Cyclone keeps all solids suspended and in constant motion. The solids are lifted by the high volume/low pressure air that is injected into the bottom center of the tank. This moves the material vertically through the center of the tank until it reaches the top and flows outward toward the edge. The material and water loses it velocity at the edge and sinks to the bottom center to start the cycle again and again.
Outward Flow
Air and Water is pulled to the bottom creating a vortex and airlift set-up
Water and Soilds sink at the outer edges

Cyclones have been extensively tested for Oxygen Levels, dissolved Solid Extractions and we constantly do Microscopic inspection of the final Tea Product.
We typical see the Oxygen Content of the Water increase to about 11.25 PPM within a 15 - 20 mins.
We have found no other methodology or technology that out performs the Volcano.
If you are looking for a brewer that is designed for long term commercial uses and demand consistent top level performance the CYCLONE Series is the one for you.
Cyclones ship via Truck to Commercial Site or Local Truck Terminal.
